If you want to have a fast solution to today’s puzzle, you may need a little help to get all the way there. There are several issues with today’s puzzle that can make it a little harder, but in my opinion, it was not as difficult as yesterday’s. However, there are a lot of word choices that could be difficult depending on what you associate with them. Some of them have double meanings and others could be paired together in a category that does not exist.
If you like, you might also like the NYT’s puzzle. In it, you will have to find different words that all relate to an overarching theme. As you find words that are not in the puzzle, you will also earn hints for doing so. This allows you to figure out what the theme words likely are and keeps you on track to win the puzzle quickly. The less hints you use, the better your score will be at the end.
Once you have tried to start the puzzle and have found yourself in need of a few hints, you will need to figure out how to sort out the puzzle. This puzzle has a couple of categories that are synonym-basedand two that are more focused on different varieties of something. That kind of mix can be hard to pull apart and put back together if there are a certain number of crossover words. To help you do so, here are four hints:
