The Marvel Cinematic Universe's new Falcon actor reveals who he wants his first superhero team up to be with: Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight. Played by Danny Ramirez, Joaquín Torres was introduced in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier as a first lieutenant in the United States Air Force who supports Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) a.k.a Falcon in his fight against the Flag Smashers. The two bond over the course of the Disney+ series and during episode 5, Sam hands his old wings over to Joaquín, and seemingly the Falcon mantle with them.
The next Marvel series coming to Disney+ is Moon Knight, which stars Issac as a mercenary suffering from dissociative identity disorder who becomes a conduit for the Egyptian god Khonshu (voiced by F. Murray Abraham). Due to the character's condition, Issac will play a few different identities throughout the show, including a mild-mannered gift-shop employee (Steven Grant), an upscale suit-wearing personality (Mr. Knight), and his «real» identity, Marc Spector. Moon Knight premieres on March 30, which can't come soon enough for fans anticipating a darker and more violent entry into the MCU.
