We might be getting another Dungeons & Dragons one-shot with the Baldur's Gate 3 gang, as Matt Mercer wants to get the cast on Critical Role. This is after many of the actors already appeared on High Rollers, playing a short adventure as their Baldur's Gate 3 characters, and giving us a lot of laughs along the way.
Talk of a possible crossover comes from Critical Role's huge panel at MCM Comic Con over the weekend, where fans asked the group questions about their long-running tabletop show. Here, one fan asked Mercer who he'd like to get a play a game with from the Baldur's Gate 3 cast, with the DM responding that he'd want the whole lot of them there.

Mercer, who appears in Baldur's Gate 3 himself as Minsc, revealed that he'd only been able to meet his costars that weekend since they were all at Comic Con themselves. When asked which actor he'd like to invite to Critical Role, he struggled to pick just one.
"Oh no," answers Mercer, to much laughter from the audeince. "They're here so I can't pick one."
He does have someone in mind, though - the ultimate DM herself, Amelia Tyler. "I'd probably have to jump out at Amelia [Tyler] since she is such a fan already and has experience."
Critical Role attracted the largest audience at MCM Comic Con by far. We turned up 20 minutes early to get our camera equipment set up, and the hall was already packed - and had been since 9am. We were told that some fans had been there since 5am to try and get a seat.
