Marvel's Hawkeye spinoff Echo is reportedly expanding its cast with the addition of Wind River star Graham Greene in an unknown role. Alaqua Cox first made her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the former series as Maya Lopez, the leader of the Tracksuit Mafia and adopted niece of Wilson Fisk who is constantly pursuing Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton and Kate Bishop in the hopes of finding Ronin to get revenge for her father's death. Lopez was last seen confronting Fisk, better known as the Kingpin, for his apparent involvement in the killing of her father.
Development on the Hawkeye spinoff Echo was first announced in early 2021 when Etan Cohen and Emily Cohen were tapped to write and executive produce the project for Disney+. Just shy of two weeks ahead of Hawkeye's premiere, Disney+ and Marvel would officially order the series with Marion Dayre taking over as head writer for the MCU series and a 2022 production date eyed. With development having gone largely quiet in the months since, Echo may have taken its next step forward with a major addition.
