The new voice actor for both Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder has been confirmed to be Kevin Afghani, who announced it himself on Twitter.
A few months ago, Nintendo dropped an absolute bombshell on us all - Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario ever since Mario Teaches Typing, would be leaving the role and becoming a Mario Ambassador, a new position that even he's not sure about. Not only that, but it turns out that Martinet didn't even get to voice the character one more time for Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and was actually replaced during development of the newest game in the series.

Since that announcement, everyone has been wondering exactly who would be voicing Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and, just one week before the game officially launches, we finally know who it is. As revealed on Twitter by the actor himself earlier today, Mario and Luigi are both being voiced by Kevin Afghani, best known for his role as Arnold in Genshin Impact.
Afghani said, "Incredibly proud to have voiced Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Thanks to Nintendo for inviting me into the Flower Kingdom".
