Wolf & Wood has released the first free content update for C-Smash VRS.
It adds new modes, levels and music to the PlayStation VR2 title, which combines racket sports with action puzzle gameplay, plus other new features which are showcased in the trailer below.
Infinity mode offers frantic gameplay which can be played either solo or in co-op. Players must smash or dodge the blocks as they move towards them and keep the ball in play, with the goal of travelling as far as they can without losing the blocks behind them.

The update also includes 36 new levels for Journey mode and the ability to select stages on demand.
Journey has added two new block types too. Multiball releases multiple balls into the arena, while Portal see the ball enter one block and come out of another.
British electronic music outfit Unkle has reworked Ken ishii’s original track ‘Antimatter’ for a new practice stage, and there’s a new music player feature that lets players view the upcoming playlist and select tracks from the current mix.
The update also introduces a new emotes system providing additional ways to communicate with other players online, and instant replay clips showing the player’s final shot from a third-person camera view, which can be saved or shared from PS5 to linked social accounts.
“C-Smash VR is engaging, exhausting and exhilarating,” according to VGC’s review. “A VR staple that we’ll be showing friends for years, it nails the aesthetics, gameplay, and most importantly, the vibe of everything that’s great about VR.”
