Love, Victor is coming to Disney+ with a new season available to stream this June. Inspired by and set in the same world as the 2018 filmLove, Simon, the coming-of-age series premiered on Hulu in June 2020 when many were stuck at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, Love, Victor was the most-watched drama on the streaming service during the week of its premiere and was quickly renewed for season 2, which premiered in June 2021.
Michael Cimino leads the cast of the series as the titular Victor, a teenager from a half Puerto Rican, half Colombian-American family who recently relocated from Texas to Atlanta. Love, Victor season 1 focuses on Victor's various struggles related to adjusting to a new city, being a new student at Creekwood High School, as well as his sexual orientation. Love, Victor season 2 is set in the aftermath of Victor coming out as gay and chronicles his relationship with Benji. Nick Robinson, who starred as the titular Simon in the original film, produces and narrates the series which also stars George Sear, Rachel Hilson, Bebe Wood, Anthony Turpel, Isabella Ferreira, Ana Ortiz, James Martinez, Mason Gooding, and Mateo Fernandez.

As first reported by Variety,Love, Victor is soon heading to Disney+. The show's first two seasons will be available to stream on Disney+ starting on June 15. Love, Victor's final season 3 will also premiere on both Disney+ and Hulu on this date as well.
Love, Victor was originally developed for Disney+ but moved to Hulu after executives became concerned the show's exploration of «mature themes,» such as teen sexuality and alcohol use, were not appropriate for the family-friendly streaming
