We’ve been hearing about Lost Soul Aside for years at this point, and though the Devil May Cry and Final Fantasy-inspired action RPG has continued to look impressive with each of its new showings, details on when the game will actually launch have remained frustratingly elusive. That, however, might change soon.
Developer UltiZero Games recently confirmed via the title’s official Twitter page that Lost Soul Aside has been rated and approved for release in mainland China. As explained by industry analyst Daniel Ahmad of Niko Partners, that means the game can now officially release in the region, which in turn indicates details on when it will launch should be officially shared “fairly soon”. As per Ahmad, an announcement will likely be made “within the next 3 months or so.”
Updates on Lost Soul Aside have been scant of late. Earlier this month, producer Yang Bing said that more details on the game would be shared “later”. Prior to that, in July last year, UltiZero Games showcased over 20 minutes of new gameplay footage, showcasing Lost Soul Aside’s combat, boss battles, and more.
Lost Soul Aside is in development for PS5 and PC.
This means the game has been reviewed and can officially launch in mainland China.
In other words, there will be news for the launch of the game fairly soon (At least within the next 3 months or so, typically.) https://t.co/cAGtpex4Ce
