Actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw confirms her return as Renslayer in Loki season 2. Debuting on Disney+ in June 2021, Loki brought Tom Hiddleston back as the god of mischief in a very different way. The show was born out of Avengers: Endgame's time travel, which resulted in Loki obtaining the Tesseract and becoming a Variant in the multiverse. The series worked to shed Loki of his villainous persona, as Hiddleston's character worked with the Time Variance Authority to find a female version of himself, Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino). Ultimately, Loki put the trickster in the middle of multiverse chaos, which is only the beginning of this story.
By the conclusion of Loki episode 6, it was confirmed that Marvel Studios was bringing the show back for a second season. Although Loki season 2 has been confirmed since summer 2021, details on the series have been tough to come by. Tom Hiddleston and Sophia Di Martino are officially slated to return, and Loki's ending promises that Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson) should once again play a big role. However, there has not been any word on whether or not Gugu Mbatha-Raw's Judge Ravonna Renslayer would be back — until now.
