Lindsay Lohan is finally on TikTok and her first post reveals that everyone has been saying her last name wrong. Rising to fame with movies like The Parent Trap, Mean Girls, and Freaky Friday, Lohan became a household name in the early 2000s. Although a beloved childhood star, the actor experienced something of a fall from grace in her early 20s as her struggle with drugs and alcohol led to several brushes with the law.
Now, however, Lohan is in the midst of something of a comeback, appearing in shows like Sick Note and Devil May Care. The actor is also slated to appear in Falling for Christmas, an upcoming Netflix Christmas romantic comedy about a spoiled hotel heiress who finds herself in the care of a blue-collar lodge owner after a skiing accident leaves her with amnesia. The first footage from the film was seen earlier this month in Netflix's 2022 Movie Preview, teasing a snowy winter setting for the movie and a release date at some point this year.

Her first video serves as a quick announcement regarding her new presence on the social media app but also reveals that people everywhere have been saying Lohan's last name wrong for years. It's not «Lo-han,» as most people thought, but is, in fact, pronounced «Lowen.»
