Like Sands Through the Hourglass Achievement Changing in Patch 10.0.7
This week's PTR build is changing the achievement Like Sands Through the Hourglass. Previously, this achievement required you to soak every Eternity Orb during Chrono-Lord Deios boss fight in Uldaman, but now, it will only require you to catch 20 orbs during the encounter.
Defeat Chrono-Lord Deios after catching every Eternity Orb as it falls20 Eternity Orbs as they fall to the ground in Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr on Mythic difficulty.This achievement was likely the hardest for players that have completed Glory of the Dragonflight Hero. The most popular strategy for it is burning the boss in around 40 seconds before the second wave of orbs spawn due to the difficulty of catching them all with knockback and the sheer damage that happens during the fight. This change will make this strategy no longer work, making the achievement more of a control one instead of a burn one. Thanks to MrGM for spotting this change.
