League of Legends patch 13.9 notes are now live, and Riot Games have finally revealed all the changes that players can look forward to in the new update. While it’s not a bit patch, there are a fair bit of balance updates that will be hitting the RIft this time around.
One of the biggest highlights of the patch will be the Neeko rework which was in the works for quite some time now, along with the nerfs making their way to Jinx as well as the buffs to Swain.
