EA Sports has dropped its first bit of information involving Madden NFL 24 with the headline that Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been announced as the cover athlete for the game. His personality, mantra and grittiness coincides with what Madden NFL 24 is looking to offer this year. A much more focus on realism that is powered by the new SAPIEN System and a return of fan favorite modes Superstar Mode and Mini Games are just some of what to expect in the game. Madden NFL 24 will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC on August 18 with Crossplay and Feature Parity. The PC version will finally be available as the current generation version, so it’s on par with PS5 and Xbox Series. There will be previous generation versions available, but the new changes will only be seen on the latest consoles and PC.
The Buffalo Bills may have been close to a Super Bowl in recent seasons, and that’s thanks to Josh Allen. Now, the franchise has an official victory as their quarterback will grace two different versions of Madden NFL 24. He’s the first Buffalo Bills player to ever grace the cover of the game, and being one of the most dynamic playmakers in the league holds testament to what this year’s game will offer. Allen owns the NFL record for total touchdowns (177) through five career seasons. He was also the most used quarterback in last year’s game.
“As a fan of Madden NFL since childhood, I’m honored to be the first Buffalo Bills player on the cover, and I wouldn’t have gotten here without the support of my team and Bills Mafia,” said Josh Allen. “Superstar and mini-games are back in Madden, and I’m really excited for fans to see how the experiences have evolved.”
