Mark Ruffalo and Jennifer Garner recreate a scene from their 2004 rom-com 13 Going on 30 in sweet new photo and video. Garner played lead Jenna Rink in the Gary Winick-directed film, which had her character wishing to be 30 years old at her 13th birthday party, awaking the next day finding herself exactly that and living and working in New York City. Ruffalo played her boyhood best friend, Matty, whom she reconnects with in her «older» age.
Both Ruffalo and Garner are currently starring in Shawn Levy's sci-fi time-travel adventure flick The Adam Project with Ryan Reynolds, again playing a couple, albeit under very different circumstances than their last onscreen appearance together. Garner is best known for her work in the hit series Alias, as well as her feature film work on such titles as Daredevil, Elektra, Juno, Draft Day, and the HBO series Camping. Ruffalo also shares some Marvel roots with Garner, starring as Bruce Banner/Hulk in the MCU, as well as a number of notable roles in projects like Zodiac, Shutter Island, Foxcatcher, Spotlight, and HBO's I Know This Much Is True. In the 18 years 13 Going on 30's release, however, fans have regularly called for a sequel in which Garner and Ruffalo would share the screen again.
