One of the biggest parts of the Harry Potteruniverse is the game of Quidditch. Two teams battle it out for supremacy in a high-stakes, and very dangerous, sport. They fly through the skies as they try to bring the trophy home. It played a major part in the Harry Potter series, and has led to the creation of a real-life version without the flying brooms. Fans of the franchise have been drawn to the magical sport ever since it was first introduced, yet the gaming industry has only ever made one Quidditch focused game. As Hogwarts Legacy nears its release date, there has never been a better time for a successor to Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup.

Currently, it seems that Quidditch may not make its appearance in the upcoming Hogwarts Legacy. There has not been any confirmation that it will be in the game, and the sport has been absent from every single trailer. The only gameplay that has players ride a broom is when they are exploring the game world. Not having Quidditch in the game that is supposed to let players live out their Harry Potter dreams seems like it could be a missed opportunity.
