Adding to those problems was Season 4 Reloaded’s removal of the Plunder mode from the game, a decision that has not sat well with fans.

The mode also removes permadeath from the equation, which can make it a more enticing option for gamers who find Call of Duty: Warzone’s standard gameplay loop a little too hectic. For some, it’s even the main mode they like to play, so it’s understandable that fans, like Reddit user eightyfps, are sharing their disappointment with Plunder’s removal for Season 4 Reloaded.
