With the launch of The War Within pre-patch come many updates and improvements to the game, alongside two major quality of life improvements that may be easy to overlook, but will greatly improve your ability to see!
As the name implies, this new setting found in the Combat Options menu highlights Highlight your character’s silhouette even when the actual model is blocked by in-game objects.
This deceptively simple innovation is a very welcome addition to the game, especially when out navigating some of the more densely decorated areas of the game world. Despite being listed under combat options, it's also active all of the time, not only while in combat.
Normally obstructed, turning this setting on allows players to see a darkened silhouette of their character.

Note that this is also a persistent setting and does not need to be entered after relogging.
Compare the normal camera with the setting turned off, and the new behavior when set to 10.
The two settings also work in concert with one another, preventing
