Pre-orders for PS5 Pro will open on 26th September, 2024 exclusively on PS Direct and at participating retailers in countries where PS Direct isn't available. In countries that have PS Direct, pre-orders will open on 10th October, 2024 at participating retailers. We'll update this page with all the relevant links and time frames closer to the aforementioned date.

Sony's already said PS5 Pro will be available to pre-order from its own direct-to-consumer retail channel PS Direct initially, on 26th September. You'll find the system available at «participating retailers» from 10th October, which will include all of the big chains like Amazon, Walmart, et al.

While nothing has been announced just yet, it's likely that some stores will offer trade-in options for PS5 Pro. We'll check with various retailers to try to get a better understanding of their plans, and we'll update as soon as we have more information.
