Recently, Snapchat announced Snapchat+, a subscription-based service for the hardcore Snapchatters, and making it possible to check the rewatch count of a Story. Snapchat+ is a paid version of the free service, but with a few additional features that are unavailable to non-subscribers. As of now, Snapchat+ is limited to users in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and a couple of other regions.
For $3.99 per month, Snapchat+ users get access to new features, including 24-hour location history of friends in the form of Ghost Trails, the ability to select Best Friends Forever or add a Snapchat+ badge to a profile, Friend Solar Systems, and customizable Snapchat app icons. While regular users have access to viewers of a Story and friends who have clicked a screenshot, Snapchat+ users also get a Rewatch Indicator on Snapchat Stories.

The Snapchat Stories Rewatch Indicator is a rather interesting feature as it informs Snapchat+ subscribers of how many users have rewatched their Stories. As part of the paid service, the Rewatch Indicator is available for My Story, Private Stories, and Shared Stories. While the feature might look like a minor upgrade, it can be very useful, and especially for those who click and post Stories regularly.
To check the rewatch count on a Story after signing up to a subscription, open the Snapchat app and tap on the bitmoji in the top-left corner. Select a story from Shared Stories, Private Story, or My Story and open it. As usual, the number of views will be available at the bottom-right corner. Swipe up on the Story and check the number next to the glancing eyes icon to see the rewatch counter. It is worth keeping in mind
