Warning: this article contains spoilers for Morbius.
Michael Keaton's Vulture makes an appearance in both of Morbius' credit scenes, but when he speaks to Jared Leto's character, he wears a different suit than the one he sported in Spider-Man: Homecoming. In Morbius' first credit scene, the ripple effects of Doctor Strange's spell at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home are felt in Sony's Spider-Man Universe. One effect is that Adrian Toomes randomly appears in a new prison after being ripped out of Marvel's universe. In the next credit scene, he appears in a previously-unseen Vulture suit; however, it remains unclear how he managed to get his hands on it.
Adrian Toomes, a.k.a Vulture, is first introduced in Homecoming as a man in charge of a salvage company that helps clean up the mess from the Battle of New York seen in 2012's Avengers. During the cleanup, Toomes and his men find remnants of Chitauri technology and use them to construct Toomes' Vulture suit. In Spider-Man's culminating fight with the MCU villain, Vulture is after arc reactors. Upon grabbing them, the reactors cause the technology in his suit to short circuit and explode. After the fight, Toomes is incarcerated for his crimes.

Since Keaton's return in Morbius was teased before the film's release, his reappearance was unsurprising, but what baffled viewers was how he was able to build a completely new suit. When discussing Vulture's new mechanized suit, Morbius director Daniel Espinosa said that Toomes «is a resourceful guy.» While Vulture has proven that he is capable of building a suit for himself, he clearly can not use the same technology that he used for his suit in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
