New State Mobile, erstwhile known as PUBG New State, brings new AMONG US content as part of the latest update. Innersloth, the studio behind AMONG US, has collaborated with New State Mobile for the latest update to the game. The new content will be available from April 21 and will go on until May 19. And since this is AMONG US we are talking about, there are some new mini games to play and try out.
During the limited time, New State Mobile players will be able to try out the AMONG US themed content on the Troi map. Players will be able to “embrace their inner Impostor through an Among Us-themed mini-game, a suite of new in-game items, newly added props on the Troi map and more.” The update is yet to be made available to players on Android and iOS devices.
Based on the core mechanics of Among Us, players will be able to participate in a themed mini-game before the start of a match on Troi’s Starting Island. When squads enter the Starting Island, they can try out the game of of Among Us before the match starts. Similar to the AMONG US game, one member of the squad will be randomly assigned as the Impostor while the remaining members try to avoid getting killed by the Impostor. The Impostor can use weapons to eliminate squad members during the mini-game.
As part of the special content, players can purchase of special themed crates, players can acquire a variety of in-game items including a mask, coat, innerwear, backpack, weapons, vehicles and more.
During the collaboration, players may come across a variety of AMONG US Crewmate-themed props scattered on Troi’s Starting Island and its Chester and Anchorville points of interest.
