Honkai: Star Rail has officially introduced Acheron, giving all the details about her skill set. Honkai: Star Rail players have a limited time to check out all the new content in 2.0, as the current version will end next week. Several banner characters, such as Sparkle and Jing Yuan, and timed exclusive events will no longer be available when the space fantasy RPG is switched to version 2.1.

Honkai: Star Rail players will gain access to an assortment of content when version 2.1 kicks off later this month. The next version will mark the game's first anniversary, and so it will give out dozens of free pulls that can be used to obtain characters. It's officially confirmed that players will meet Acheron, a long-awaited character who treads the path of Nihility. She will supposedly be featured in an event warp alongside several rerun units.

Ahead of the version 2.1 update, Honkai: Star Rail has revealed every detail about Acheron, confirming that she is a DPS character who enhances her team's offensive capabilities. Acheron has a powerful technique, which doles out AoE Lightning damage and reduces the toughness of multiple enemies. She applies the Crimson Knot debuff on enemies, gains one point of Slashed Dream, and deals a certain amount of Lightning damage using her skill.

When the Slashed Dream effect reaches nine stacks, Honkai: Star Rail's Acheron can perform her ultimate to lower enemies' toughness and resistance. As well as making enemies weaker, the character's ultimate, Slashed Dream Cries in Red, deals a great deal of Lightning damage.

Aside from the Nihility-based unit Acheron, Honkai: Star Rail will give Aventurine and Gallagher their own banner in update 2.1. Both characters received their drip marketing campaign two months ago when the developer team confirmed they would debut in the second part of the update.
