Over the past couple of months, a streamer known as Silithur has somehow been beating Elden Ring with nothing but a single button and Morse code, adding his run to the ever-growing list of strange and wonderful items the game has been completed with. He garnered attention back in February, by rather comprehensively beating Margit, and he's been gaining fans on his long and arduous trek to the Elden Beast.
A few days ago, Silithur posted a video of himself finally taking down Elden Ring's final boss with nothing but Morse code, a feat that completely defies logic. It should have been a momentous occasion for Silithur to celebrate with his newfound fans, but a certain chronically online billionaire decided to throw shade at him and claim his victory wasn't that special.
Yes, despite having a build that would give any proper Elden Ring streamer a cardiac arrest, Twitter owner Elon Musk gave us his expert opinion on Silithur's achievement, whether we wanted it or not. Clearly trying to minimize the feat by saying that the Elden Beast is an "easy" fight, he goes on to tell Silithur to "try that with Malenia", clearly doubting his ability to go toe-to-toe with Elden Ring's scariest opponent.
Musk is clearly unaware that the last thing you should do is mock an Elden Ring player and doubt their skill, as Silithur was very keen to prove his number one hater wrong. Shortly after Musk claimed he'd never be able to beat Malenia in the same way, Silithur replied with a video of himself doing just that, and it honestly looks like he didn't even really struggle.
More embarrassingly for Musk, this turn of events has also resulted in one of the most savage ratios (he's been on the receiving end of a few of them) the social media platform has ever seen, with Silithur's tweet racking up a whopping 49,000 likes to Musk's measly 4,300.
