The four houses in Hogwarts Legacy are Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff. The storyline is mostly the same regardless of which house Hogwarts Legacy players go with, but there are some key differences. Certain characters can only be interacted with in one house versus the other, and each Hogwarts house has an exclusive quest tied to it. The houses all have their own common rooms as well, of course, and they are not treated equal.

They've discovered some interesting information about the game in the process, including the sizes of the house common rooms. According to their research, Slytherin clearly has the largest common room in the game, whereas Hufflepuff has the second-largest common room. Gryffindor and Ravenclaw common rooms are in the castle proper, whereas Slytherin and Hufflepuff are located underground, so the developers had more room to work with.
