Hogwarts Legacy players will apparently no longer have trouble with one particular side quest in the game. Avalanche Software is working hard to eradicate the game’s numerous bugs and its next objective is to fix the popular Biscuit the Mooncalf quest.
Hogwarts Legacy, the hugely anticipated magical game recently hit the shelves on February 10. For many gamers, exploring the vast wizarding world of Harry Potter is a dream come true. However, like most freshly-released modern video games, Hogwarts Legacy has quite a big number of bugs and glitches. Unlucky players can experience everything from cosmetic glitches to technical errors that make the game crash, to bugs that make further progress impossible. Fortunately, a few days ago, Avalanche Software provided players with a much-needed patch that solves some of the game’s issues. That being said, it seems like the team is just getting started.

Chandler Wood, community manager at Avalanche Software, has made a Twitter post in which he assures gamers that the bug affecting Biscuit the Mooncalf will definitely be resolved in a later patch. Meanwhile, he advises players who didn’t complete the Take the Biscuit quest to avoid unlocking the Mooncalf cage before picking up the quest.
Hogwarts Legacy players can start the Take the Biscuit side quest by visiting Hogsmeade and speaking with a certain goblin named Garnuff, who can be found hiding under a bridge. Players will find out that Garnuff’s cherished pet, Biscuit the Mooncalf, was taken by poachers, and they can agree to rescue it.
