A new Major Order in Arrowhead Game Studios’ Helldivers 2 sees players venturing to the Umlaut Sector to inoculate its planets against the Terminids. However, there’s also a new patch with some significant changes – like reducing the number of armored enemies that spawn at higher difficulties. A common complaint, it became more pronounced following the Railgun nerf.
Thankfully, the number of Chargers and Bile Titans spawning on difficulties seven and above has been reduced (alongside the risk of spawn spikes). It’s also worth noting that the Charger’s head health is reduced, and a single Recoilless Rifle or EAT-17 shot should kill it instantly.
There are the usual fixes for crashes, missing text on HUD/UI elements and whatnot. However, the Electronic Countermeasures modifier has been removed (which occurred in patch 1.000.100 but wasn’t mentioned in the patch notes). It will be reworked since it was causing more frustration than intended.
