In the DC Universe, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy are consistently listed as a fan-favorite couple. But at the end of the world, Harley has begun dating Catwoman instead.
For years and years, Harley Quinn was known as Joker's sidekick and love interest. She first premiered in Batman: The Animated Series before transitioning over to comics. But as time went on and Harley and Joker's relationship was viewed as abusive, Harley struck out on her own to become a hero. During this time, Harley has had an on and off relationship with Poison Ivy. It was even featured heavily in Harley Quinn's self-titled HBO Max series.

That all changes in DC vs. Vampires, an out-of-continuity series that details how a conspiracy of super-powered vampires triggers the end of the world. In a one-shot set in this alternate reality, DC vs. Vampires: Killers by Matthew Rosenberg, Mike Bowden, and Eduardo Mello, Harley Quinn has become an underworld crime boss. Rather than having Poison Ivy as her girlfriend though, Harley has taken to Catwoman instead. The issue actually ends, however, with Catwoman being a vampire spy. Harley even tricks Catwoman into killing herself by biting Harley, not knowing that she has blood that is poisonous to vampires.
This isn’t the first time readers have seen Catwoman in a romantic relationship with a woman. She’s also been in a brief relationship with Eiko Hasigawa, the daughter of a major crime family and a Catwoman copycat.
