The story will take you all over the region, to places you never imagined! First, though, you need permission to travel. That's where the Canthan Ministry of Transportation comes in. While you're there getting your passport, you can also earn this quick achievement.
Once you reach the fifth chapter in the story, called 'The Scenic Route,' you'll need to get permission to travel to New Kaineng. After talking to Kasmeer, head to the Ministry of Transportation and wait for your ticket to be called (yes, really.). To get the achievement, you need to fill out the form that you're given correctly.
When you're asked for your name, select whatever your character's name is, which you gave them during character creation. It should be the first option in the list.
