Rockstar Games released Grand Theft Auto Online multiple generations ago, but as the game is ported to new consoles, continuous updates expand on the foundations. One recent Grand Theft Auto Online patch has nerfed the game's most overpowered vehicle which may result in fewer players driving around Los Santos in it.
As compared by Reddit user QrixPL in a side-by-side video, the pre-update version of Grand Theft Auto Online's Oppressor MK 2 rockets functions differently from today's version of the same vehicle. GTA Online players can modify their Oppressor MK 2 to use multiple types of weapons like standard machine guns or ones that utilize explosive rounds, but the rockets have been the most heavily nerfed in this week's update. Oppressor MK 2 owners in GTA Online may consider re-purposing the hoverbike to use one of the other weapons after the changes or look into alternate upgrades like armor or engine improvements.

QrixPL's Grand Theft Auto Online clip highlights the massive changes to the Oppressor MK 2 rockets that have resulted in the projectiles being much less accurate. While the left side of the video shows a pinpoint precise missile blowing up a GTA Online armored vehicle, the right side portrays the same type of car parked in the exact spot, but it remains unscathed. The missile in the pre-patch version of GTA Online hones directly on the nearest threat with a big explosion but the nerfs to the weapon have the weaker missiles targeting an area in front of the player which seems to require the player to aim more than they would have needed to before.
