As players approach the end of Ghostwire: Tokyo's fourth chapter, they'll reach a point where further progression will lead to certain side content becoming unavailable. It's not a traditional point of no return, as players can still fast travel back to Shibuya if they so wish. However, three of the game's side missions, «After the End» parts one to three, will no longer be available if they get on Rinko's newly-repaired bike.

For those who have been completing side missions as and when they become available, this shouldn't be too much of an issue, but anyone who'd planned on mopping up the game's many side quests and collectibles after completing the main story may want to think twice, as progressing before completing these missions could prevent them from unlocking certain trophies/achievements and even seeing Ghostwire: Tokyo's true ending on the first time of asking.
The «After the End I» side mission becomes available early on in Chapter 4 of Ghostwire: Tokyo, though players will first need to cleanse the Torii gate at Toyoi Shrine before they can access the area in which it begins. After doing so, they'll be able to start the quest from a payphone on the west side of Shibuya, which is marked on the map by a green circular icon much like the game's other side missions.
When Akito answers the phone, Rinko will ask him and KK to check out a nearby location. The place in question is a park to the south of the payphone they're currently at, right near the quest marker for the «Bloodthirsty Blossoms» side mission. The location is also marked by a green circle on the map and is easy to spot from distance thanks to the big red tree in the center of the park.
