Viewers have been watching the Michigan native explore a relationship with 22-year-old Venezuelan Mohagany Roca, who ended up being real after accusations of catfishing. While 90 Day Fiancé fans have been speculating how Ben and Mohagany's storyline will end, Ben's recent arrest has been the talk on everyone's lips.
Ben was arrested in Michigan on March 15, just days after a then-new B90D episode showed Mahogany feeling uncomfortable with his advances, including several pages of text messages. It was originally reported that Ben was under arrest for OUI — operating under the influence — and a suspended license, but it turns out that the star was taken in over missing a probation meeting in February. The OUI and suspended license arrest did occur, but in September 2020. Nonetheless, Ben has been busy trying to justify his behavior and the circumstances of his criminal past, especially since Ben was fired on March 30 from his job with the Michigan Lupus Foundation.
