Microsoft is partnering with PepsiCo and Frito-Lay for the special promotion that will start October 9.

Xbox wants to give you a little treat with your treat. Beginning October 9, specially marked packages of Doritos, Mountain Dew, and Rockstar Energy drinks will contain a code for a free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate--if you're a new subscriber.
The snacks and beverages will feature imagery from games like Starfield, Redfall, and Sea of Thieves. The code that comes with them will then be entered over at DoritosDewRockstar.com. In addition to the free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, other rewards can be unlocked through this promotion, too, such as a Magma Racing Suit in Forza Motorsport.
Microsoft added that there will be weekly sweepstakes as well, with promotional points used to enter and win «game-themed e-bikes from SUPER73, PC gaming rigs, and bundles of Xbox consoles and accessories.» Meanwhile, Rockstar codes will give you a chance to win a Starfield-themed 2023 Corvette Stingray. The Xbox promotion with PepsiCo and Frito-Lay will last over two months, ending December 29.
This is the third notable partnership so far this month from Xbox. For instance, the Xbox credit card is now available and offers three free months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for new subscribers after your first purchase. Xbox is also working together with the Special Olympics on esports tournaments, which will kick off in November with Rocket League.
Earlier this year, Microsoft raised the price of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which now costs $17 per month.
