Microsoft has announced a new Xbox Series S bundle.
The Xbox Series S Starter Bundle will be launching worldwide on October 31.
The bundle includes a 512GB Xbox Series S console, a Wireless Controller and three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
The bundle will cost $299 / €299 / £249, the same price as the standard Xbox Series S at the moment.
This essentially means that players will be getting three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate free with a Series S console, a total saving of $50.97.
It’s not been made clear if the Starter Bundle is a limited offer, or whether this will be the new standard Xbox Series S offering going forwards.
In September, Microsoft released a newblack version of the Xbox Series S, with increased storage.

While the standard Xbox Series S has 512GB of storage, the new black Xbox Series S offers 1TB of storage instead.
This extra capacity comes at a price, however, as the 1TB version costs $349 / €349 / £299, and Microsoft doesn’t appear to have plans to release a similar Starter Bundle for it.
Announcing the black Series S in June, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said: “When it comes to our consoles, we have heard your feedback on two fronts. First, we have significantly increased our supply of Xbox Series X, making it easier for fans to find globally.
“Second, we know you’ve wanted more storage with Xbox Series S, and I’m excited to share we have some news there as well.”
