A Genshin Impact video leak has revealed Dehya's potential in a team composition that revolves around Vaporize. The game allows players to have up to four different characters in their party and combine their skills and elements to trigger various elemental reactions which have the potential to increase the overall damage output of the team composition.
Developer HoYoverse already confirmed that Genshin Impact update 3.5 will introduce two new characters named Dehya and Mika. Dehya will probably be the main focus of the update since she's the only new five-star character, and she's also rumored to be a DPS that uses the Pyro element.
Genshin Impact Leaks Suggest Future Updates Will Have More Banner Cycles
A new video leak shows how Dehya performs when she's put in a team composition that relies on triggering Vaporize. In order to cause this elemental reaction in Genshin Impact, players need to combine Pyro and Hydro. The team in the video features four characters: the Hydro user Mona, the Anemo catalyst Sucrose and two Pyro units, Dehya and Bennett. Bennett's main job is to serve as a damage buffer and provide healing with his Elemental Burst, Fantastic Voyage. Mona is responsible for applying as much Hydro element on the field as possible which can be easily done with her Elemental Skill, Mirror Reflection of Doom, which stays on the field even if she gets swapped out.
It should be noted that the damage numbers shown in the video could be slightly inaccurate since the footage was probably recorded on a private server.
