Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Baizhu Elemental Skill and Burst Description

A new Genshin Impact leak reveals more information about one of the upcoming characters, the long-awaited Dendro user Baizhu. Even though update 3.5 has not even arrived yet, the game's official social media accounts already confirmed that Baizhu and Kaveh will arrive in version 3.6.

The ongoing Genshin Impact update 3.4 also introduced two new Dendro characters, Alhaitham and Yaoyao, both of whom were available in the first banner cycle. There is still no official information about Baizhu's exact release date, but going by HoYoverse's usual update schedule, update 3.6 should arrive around April 20.

Genshin Impact Confirms 3.5 Four-star Banner Characters

Baizhu has been part of the game since the Liyue expansion where he was introduced as the proud owner of the famous Bubu Pharmacy located in Liyue Harbor. A new post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit reveals more information about Baizhu's kit. According to the leak, his Elemental Skill will allow the iconic snake Changsheng to attack up to three times. Besides dealing damage, these attacks will also allow Baizhu to recover some HP when the snake returns. Changsheng is known as Baizhu's talking pet who can also be seen in the Genshin Impact's recently revealed splash art for Kaveh and Baizhu.

The leak also reveals that Baizhu's Elemental Burst will allow players to create a shield and perform a coordinated attack whenever HP is recovered. This means that Baizhu's Elemental Skill and Burst will have great synergy, and he could potentially be used in Genshin Impact main or sub-DPS position. One of his Passive Talents will grant a 12% elemental damage buff (based on HP) whenever Baizhu activates his Elemental Burst.
