’s Mailed Flower claymore can be wielded by many different characters, some of which will thrive with it. The new 4-star weapon is being added to developer HoYoverse’s open-world RPG through the limited-time event, Windblume Festival 2023. Players who participate in this year's edition of the yearly Mondstadt celebration will have a chance of acquiring the exclusive claymore.
This is, in fact, the only chance they will get at acquiring the weapon. Mailed Flower is an event-exclusive claymore and will not be able to be acquired later. As such, those who want to equip their characters with Mailed Flower will have to participate in Windblume Festival, one of 3.5’s many events, to obtain it permanently. Similarly, in Version 1.4, players were able to acquire the 4-star Windblume Ode bow by participating in the event – and those who missed out cannot obtain it anymore.

As pointed out by , ’s Mailed Flower has a high base attack (565 at level 90) for a 4-star weapon. However, what is most impressive is its Elemental Mastery (EM) sub-stat (110 at level 90). Additionally, its weapon skill, Whispers Of Wind And Flower, increases ATK and Elemental Mastery by 12% and 48, respectively, for 8 seconds, every time an Elemental Skill hits an opponent or triggers an Elemental Reaction in . This makes the Windblume Festival-exclusive Mailed Flower especially good for characters who use EM, even if it is not their sub-stat.
Characters with ’s Mailed Flower should focus on triggering Elemental Reactions to make the best use of the claymore’s EM bonuses. Of course, this depends on the build each character has. Nonetheless, the best character to equip the weapon is
