Update 2.5: Lady Siel's Call, is coming later this year for Gameforge’s AION Classic . The update brings several new instances, new mechanics, the Combat Talent System, and more updates and improvements to content and quests.
A highlight of the update are the new instances, which offer something for everyone. If you are looking to gear yourself up, head to the new solo inst, Tempus. There are additional PvE challenges on offer, including the Padmarashka’s Cave dungeon, for 2-6 players. Face the Dramata Padmarashka, who is protecting her dragon offspring. Unable to evolve into dragons themselves, the Dramatas are still formidable. Take a group of level 55 and above into this dungeon once a day.
Deathly Chamber is another new instance, this time featuring Content for two to three players level 51 to 55 and reset once a week. you'll have to wander along inside a cave until you reach a magic ward. Step through the ward into a Time attack. Inside you'll find bridges over a chasm. Reach the other side to claim some treasure.
Empyrean Crucible is a PvE instance for levels 50+. Prepare once a week to battle monsters that will appear in a circular arena inside the instance. Crucible Challenge is another weekly challenge. This also finds your group in an arena facing waves of monsters, but the focus is on solo skills.
Outside of new repeatable instances to skill up and go treasure hunting with, there are new mechanics and improvements on the way too. Sanctification makes its way into Aion Classic in this update. To sanctify an item means adding extra bonuses to it, and you’ll be able to continue sanctifying your items to affect your build when the system launches.
