Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been a massive success story since its launch back in the summer of 2020. Like other games in the franchise, it features an incredible variety of virtual villagers for players to befriend. However, not all villagers are always nice, and one Animal Crossing: New Horizons clip shows a player being trolled by the villager Bruce.
Bruce is a cranky deer villager with blue fur, yellow striped horns, and a confident expression. His fashion sense has him sporting a black After-School Jacket and red undershirt by default, and he has the nature hobby. The striped pattern on his head and the smooth curve of his horns make him resemble a gazelle or goat rather than a deer.

Redditor Magic_the_Unicorn shared a short, 11-second-long gameplay clip of themself interacting with Bruce. At the beginning of the video, the player is shown running down an island road at night and passing Bruce seated in what appears to be a bus shelter. When Magic_the_Unicorn goes up to Bruce, the villager tells them they have no reason to be shy and that they should come sit next to him. However, as soon as the player sits down beside him, Bruce gets up and walks away.
This isn't the first time an Animal Crossing villager has been mean to the player, but it may be one of the funniest. Cranky villagers are especially prone to being mean, given their tendency to be bitter, irritated, and generally easily annoyed.
