Leaked set photos have allegedly given us our first look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia in Season 4 of Netflix's The Witcher, just days after images of a stunt double emerged.
Although Netflix's adaptation of The Witcher started out on a very high note and arguably kickstarted the trend of video game adaptations that has continued all these years later, it's safe to say that it's become a bit controversial in recent years. Some fans have issues with how the story has been adapted in recent seasons, but the biggest talking point has been about how Henry Cavill left the show at the end of Season 3.
An official reason for Cavill's departure from the role was never given, but it was reported that he clashed with the creators of the show on several occasions after he struggled to "balance between the showrunners' vision and my love for the books". After Cavill left, it was revealed that Liam Hemsworth would be taking up the steel and silver swords for Season 4, something that we've all been waiting anxiously to see.
Although Netflix has yet to officially share footage of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt, the past week has been a very leaky time for The Witcher's fourth season. Just a few days ago, set photos of Hemsworth's stunt double dressed up as Geralt leaked onto social media, giving us a look at his updated design for the new season, which included a motorbike jacket that has already seen mixed reception.
It seems that the floodgates were just opening with the stunt double, however, as the first images of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia have now leaked on Twitter. MyTimeToShineHello, a notable leaker who usually shares information and rumours about Marvel movies, posted two images to their Twitter account that show Hemsworth as Geralt on the beach.
Notably, the motorbike-esque jacket that caused a stir from the last set of leaked photos isn't on show in the new leaks, as Hemsworth is just seen wearing a plain outfit that's similar to Cavill's. The
