Final Fantasy VII Rebirth – TGS 2023 stage event gameplay, Grasslands mini-games trailer
Square Enix showcased over 30 minutes of gameplay footage and a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth focused on mini-games playable in the Grasslands during its Tokyo Game Show 2023 stage event.
The Grasslands mini-games trailer showcases a number of side activities, including the Mog House, “Queen’s Blood” card game, chocobo customization at the Chocobo Ranch, a piano rhythm game, and more.
During the stage event, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth director Naoki Hamaguchi detailed the content players will come across in the Grasslands area, which serves as the setting to the story’s opening. The Grasslands area alone is a vast map spanning a two kilometer radius.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is due out for PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024.
