The game itself, which costs a staggering $150, took followers by surprise given that many weren't aware that the product even existed, prompting the developer to share a link to its official merchandise store for those interested in picking up a copy. PAX West has clearly proven to be a success for as more players than ever are being exposed to its existence.

When it comes to adapting the games to tabletop, one has to bear in mind the sheer scale of the series. An entry price point of $150 is steep but given everything included in the set, the cost has been calculated to justify the content. The package includes over 1,000 cards to represent Items, Boss Tactics, Locations, and even Skills; It also features 11 Miniatures that represent the playable characters. The game is still relatively recent, having been released in late 2023, so it stands to reason that fans may not have played it yet.
As for the actual gameplay, tasks players with navigating a randomly generated board to battle enemies and gain experience.
