ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive trailer for, the forthcoming crime drama that hails from actor-director Ricky Burchell. The filmmaker is best known for his work on movies like 2021’s AM Radio, 2022’s One More Dream, 2023’s Consider the Lilies, and 2024’s Eating Me Up.

“Attorney Marcus Coles is known for his fierce courtroom battles and playboy reputation, and a passion for defending the 6th amendment,” reads the official synopsis. “Though his typical clients are hip-hop’s elite, Marcus is drawn into a case involving a cop falsely accused of stealing evidence. As he dives deeper into the case, he uncovers a criminal conspiracy within the police, soon facing escalating threats from dangerous players as he seeks the truth. With time running out, he must expose a web of corruption, betrayal, and deceit before it’s too late.”

The 6th is scheduled to make its debut on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. The film is written and directed by Burchell. The cast also includes Jacqueline Amaro as Patricia, Hannah Brake as Leila Gray, Chanelle de Lau as Harley Turner, Kelsey Delemar as Julia Bryers, Alfred Lamar as William Hutchington, Marcus Lucas II as Nathan, Swifty McVay as Ray Mantreaux, Kennedy Mullins as Rani, Chad Paetznick as Frank Galloway, and more.

The film is produced by Lucas, Godfred Bosumtwe, Kendall M. Gray, and Vicki Myers. Executive producers are Burchell, Susan Helfrich, and Rich Wolff. The creative team also includes cinematographer Godfred Bosumtwe and editor Francis Sevilla.
