Even More Primordial Stone Hotfixes (Pt 3)

It seems that Primordial Stones were still undertuned as even more Primordial Stones have been buffed in a hotfix!

Edit #1 (12:39 PM PST): Humming Arcane Stone nerfed to have a 20 second ICD. Edit #2 (2:04 PM PST): Swirling Mojo Stone nerfed to no longer have mojos (Breathing Mojo Crystal, Shadowy Mojo Crystal, Hateful Mojo Crystal) go to your mailbox and are Unique (1). Wind Sculpted Stone/Wild Spirit Stone interaction removed. Edit #3 (4:00 PM PST): Wild Spirit Stone nerfed by 10.7% (now 52.2% increase today), Exuding Steam Stone nerfed by 25.6% (now 25% increase today)
