Eleventh Hour Games action-RPG Last Epoch is set to leave Early Access this week and the team has dropped a new ‘technical trailer’ showcasing the game’s various classes (and sub-classses), systems, and impressive visual improvements.
Some of the highlighted features of Last Epoch include over 120 customizable skills, 20 passive trees, 4 player co-op multiplayer, a deep crafting system, and an interesting system called Item Factions.
Item Factions allow players to align with either the Merchants’ Guild or Circle of Fortune during their adventures and building reputation with either faction will determine the way characters obtain and exchange items in the endgame.
Speaking of endgame, Last Epoch’s tech trailer laid out some of the game’s launch endgame activities, including Monolith of Fate, dungeons (of course), and endless arena.
The Monolith of Fate is Last Epoch’s version of a mapping system, with targetable rewards, bosses, difficulty scaling and a variety of modifiers.
Pre-ordering a copy of the game will unlock the exclusive “Golden Guppy” cosmetic pet. There are also two premium editions of the game including the Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition each offering a bounty of Epoch Points and cosmetic rewards.
Last Epoch arrives on PC this Wednesday, February 21.
