Malacath's Band of Brutality is an Elder Scrolls Online Mythic item introduced with the Greymoor Chapter, the same Chapter that introduced Antiquities. Mythic Items in ESO come in many forms, but almost all of them take up a single Equipment slot and provide an effect just about equivalent to a five-piece Armor Set bonus.

Malacath's Band of Brutality is a Ring that increases all regular damage done by the wearer by 16% but reduces Critical Damage by 50%. It's useful for builds that don't take advantage of Critical Damage, like some Tank builds, but it's not the worst tradeoff for DPS builds either.
