Elden Ring is a massive game, one that drops you into a huge world with very little instruction on where to go. From curative items to throwable weapons, one way to get hold of items to help you on your journey is to craft them yourself from the vast amount of resources found in the world.

Many items are locked from the start, and you’ll need to find Cookbooks to teach you the recipes to craft them. Some of these are easy to find, while others will require a bit of guile or supreme speedrunning skills. Here’s where you’ll find all 24 Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbooks.
Once you’ve found a Cookbook, the recipes for the items contained within are automatically added to your repertoire. However, before you can get going and make these items you’ll need to find the Crafting Kit item. When obtained, a new option will appear in the menu.

To find Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook [10] it’s easier to start at the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. Head out into the room with the elevator and take the stairs up to the right. Avoid or defeat the shield-bearing knight, and follow the passage all the way round to the door out onto the ramparts.
Jump onto the sandbags you see directly in front of you, avoiding the enemies, and down onto the wooden platform below. Follow the platform round the tower to the right, carefully jump onto the ledge, then down onto the roof below.
