The Assassin's Cerulean Dagger is a Talisman inElden Ring serving as the FP-restoring counterpart of the Assassin's Crimson Dagger, which restores HP upon landing a critical strike. Tarnished can effectively utilize the Assassin's Cerulean Dagger for late-game crit-focused such as those running a primary loadout with the Moonveil Katana. The Talisman restores 15 FP per critical hit, and this passive effect in Elden Ringcan be triggered twice with fast attack speed armaments and even certain Colossal Weapons.
To get the Assassin's Cerulean Dagger in Elden Ring, Tarnished must explore the Black Knife Catacombs in Liurnia of the Lakes. Adventurers can reach this location by traveling north from the Church of Vows. Yet, instead of following the road to the Ruined Labyrinth, they must take the off-road path to the northeast, which leads to the Dungeon's entrance. An elite Headless Mausoleum Knight will stand guard in front of the Black Knife Catacombs and attack any approaching player. While it's not necessary to kill this enemy to enter the Dungeon, Tarnished can farm this specific mob to acquire the complete Mausoleum Knight Set in Elden Ring.
