With the limited amount of options the expansion gave to intelligence builds, the Star-Lined Sword is a breath of fresh air. However, even though the Star-Lined Sword is a great new option for intelligence builds, it actually scales more with dexterity. If you plan to use the Star-Lined Sword, you will benefit more from higher dexterity than you would with higher intelligence.
