The Ash of War: Golden Parry in is a Shield Skill that can be used on medium and small shields. It comes with unique gold-tinted animation that is similar to the Parry Ash of War. Players can find the Golden Parry Ash of War in on the Outskirts of Leyndell Royal Capital.
Ashes of War in can be powerful tools in the right hands and with the right builds. They are powers that you can attach to weapons and shields and give them an extra boost. There are now a total of 117 Ashes of War with the expansion, and figuring out which one is right for you and your build can be overwhelming. However, this can be narrowed down as many of them can only be equipped on certain items, like the Golden Parry which can only be used on small and medium shields.

The closest Site of Grace will be the Outer Wall Phantom Tree. The Golden Parry Ash of War will be near the large shut frame doors with aristocrats begging on the floor. It is a White Teardrop Scarab Ball. Players can find the Teardrop Scarab sitting on a ledge when heading toward the large doors.
Keep an eye out, as the Teardrop Scarab can be easily missed because of its positioning. When players scare or hit it, the Teardrop Scarab will try to escape behind structures. Stay close to it and wait for it to slow down to get the best melee or shot on it. After killing the Teardrop Scarab it will reward the player with the Golden Parry Ash of War.
Players will have to have the Minimum Stat requirement to wield a Medium or Small Shield in in order to use the Golden Parry Ash of War. A good example of this might be something like the Beast Crest Heater Shield for those scaling primarily in Strength.
It only requires a 10 in Strength to wield, something you are likely to have fairly early on in the game. It comes with a regular Parry Skill, but this will be infinitely upgraded by switching it
