An Elden Ring fan is putting 50 of the game's most common enemies, the Giant Rat, to the test by making them fight some of the game's hardest bosses.
As you'd expect from a FromSoftware game, Elden Ring is packed with deadly enemies of all shapes and sizes, such as giants, demigods, and creepy hand spider things that still make me shudder to this day. Those foes will all give you quite the challenge, but there are also a lot of easier and more common enemies scattered across the game, with one of the easiest being an RPG staple - the Giant Rat.
These annoying little creatures are everywhere in The Lands Between, but it's very unlikely that they'll actually be able to do much against the Tarnished. While most Elden Ring players are happy just letting the Giant Rats sit as one of the weakest enemies in the game, TikTok user _hraezlyrr_ is instead putting them through their paces by making them go up against some of the toughest bosses in the game.
As you can see from the video above and several others on their page, _hraezlyrr_ has been modding Elden Ring to give themselves the ability to spawn in enemies and give the Tarnished a break by making them fight the bosses instead. To make it a bit more of a fair challenge, they've at least given the Giant Rats a fighting challenge by spawning 50 at once, which at least gives them the numbers advantage.
Although you might think that the Giant Rats have no chance in hell of beating any of Elden Ring's bosses, that's where you'd be mistaken. One video shows them taking on the Beast Clergyman and absolutely trouncing him after only losing a few members of the group. They also manage to take down Morgott the Omen King and the Magic Guardian Golem pretty easily.
If the Giant Rat battles weren't enough for you, then you'll be happy to know that _hraezlyrr_ has a bunch of other videos pitting unlikely enemies against powerful bosses. My favourite is the one that pits 20 balls against some of the toughest challenges in The Lands
